Water utilities have the duty to provide safe drinking water and wastewater utilities have the duty to protect the environment and prevent pollution. Utilities must also fulfill compliance obligations and take actions on system failures, incidents and events when they occur.
In this session, participants will learn about: requirements of management system standards (e.g. DWQMS and ISO 14001:2015) and how management systems can be set-up for their success.
